By using reDNA Health you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What reDNA is — and isn't
reDNA is a technology platform that helps you order lab tests from accredited partner labs, aggregate your records, and access informational health tools. reDNA is not a medical provider, laboratory, or pharmacy, and does not practice medicine. Testing is performed by accredited partner labs; clinical consultations are provided by independently licensed clinicians.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information. Some tests are restricted by local law (e.g., certain US states require a physician order).
3. No emergency use
Do not use reDNA for medical emergencies. If you may be experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number (e.g., 911 in the US) immediately.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in your region's currency and include our margin over lab wholesale rates. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout and applicable law.
5. Accounts & security
You are responsible for your credentials. We verify your email before granting full account access. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
6. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or violate applicable law.
- Informational AI output is not a diagnosis and must not be relied on as medical advice.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, reDNA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Governing law and dispute resolution are set per operating region and finalized before launch.
